The Safety Training Course will be held from Monday 3 February to Saturday 8 February 2025 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Medical Campus Jette, Laarbeeklaan 103, 1090 Brussels, Belgium. How to reach our locationRegistration will open in October 2024.

The official language of the course is English. No simultaneous translation is available.

Course notes and handouts will be provided in English.

The registrations fees for the Safety Assessment of Cosmetics in the EU 2024 were:
Early Bird Registration fee (till 30 November 2023):
4.000 euro per participant 
Regular Registration fee (from 1 December 2023):
5.100 euro per participant
Students: 1.100 euro per participant. Students are kindly requested to send their proof of being a non-working, 100% student in sciences (chemistry, toxicology, pharmacy, medical doctor, biotechnology, etc...) to Fabienne Van Bamis to receive their unique discount code.

The course fee, payable by credit card, covers all lessons, the course material and the participation to the exam. Also included are all the coffee breaks, lunches, the shuttle between the hotel & the campus and the social event.

Registration for the 2025 edition will open in October 2024.

Registered participants who cannot attend the course may apply for a refund of the registration fee. A substitute delegate is, of course, welcome. Notification is made via e-mail. The participant is entitled to a refund, minus a service fee, according to the following guidelines:

• 14 to 11 business days before starting date of the course - 25 % of the total amount
• 10 to 6 business days before starting date of the course - 50 % of the total amount

Regrettably, no refunds will be made if notification is made less than 5 business days prior to the course.
